LabGuard was built because I experienced the problem firsthand. As a PhD microbiologist and active laboratory director, I've sat across from inspectors, managed CAP accreditation cycles, and watched talented lab managers spend their evenings writing SOPs that would be out of date within months.

The compliance software market offered two options: enterprise QMS platforms built for pharmaceutical companies (expensive, complex, not designed for clinical labs) or static template packs that became compliance risks the moment they were downloaded.
